A Message of Love and Purpose
Distinguished Gnostic brothers, to all of you I address myself with immense love.
The moment has arrived for us to concern ourselves with self-knowledge. It is indispensable to know who we are, where we come from, where we are going, and what the purpose of our existence is; why we exist, for what we exist.
Certainly, and in the name of truth, I must say that humankind does not know itself. It is clear that we need self-knowledge, and this has profound significance.
The Practice of Self-Observation
Above all, we must develop the capacity for psychological self-observation, in relation to our friends, in the streets or at home, at work or in the countryside, etc.
The defects that we carry hidden emerge spontaneously, and if we are alert and vigilant like a sentinel in time of war, then we see them.
A defect discovered must be worked on at all levels of the mind. This is how we will eliminate them.
Undeniably, each defect is in itself a real problem. To comprehend them is fundamental, yet that is not all. After having understood a certain “I,” it becomes necessary to annihilate it.
The Limits of the Mind
The mind by itself cannot fundamentally alter any defect. It can move it from one level to another, hide it from itself or from others, but it can never truly, genuinely alter it radically.
However, within us there exists a power that is superior to the mind.
Devi Kundalini Shakti
I want to refer emphatically to Devi Kundalini Shakti.
This power is symbolized by all the religions of the world: it is Tonantzin, it is Isis, it is Adonia, Rhea, Cybele, Mary, Mara, etc.
We, my dear brothers, must truly appeal to that transcendental power if we truly want to disintegrate the defect that we have already fully comprehended at all levels of the mind.
When one implores Devi Kundalini Shakti, one’s own particular, individual Divine Cosmic Mother, she assists, and her help comes naturally.
Devi Kundalini can disintegrate any previously comprehended psychological defect. That is the obvious path to follow.
Liberation of Consciousness
If all of you, my dear brothers, follow this counsel, you will be able to disintegrate the animal ego, reduce it to ashes, turn it into cosmic dust.
Each time we eliminate a psychological defect, we liberate Essence, Consciousness.
That is the path, the way that leads to complete awakening. When the animalistic ego has been utterly reduced to dust, consciousness has awakened one hundred percent.
The Urgency of Awakening
We must awaken, whatever the cost!
It is lamentable that the intellectual animal, mistakenly called “man,” has Consciousness asleep.
It is true, and of all truth, that of a million phenomena that occur around us, the intellectual animal perceives only a millionth part. This is sad, but it is the truth.
People live with their Consciousness asleep; they seem like somnambulists, they work in a state of unconsciousness, they drive cars in a state of total unconsciousness.
This is the causa causorum for which the human being does not know the mysteries of life and death.
Conscious Knowledge of the Universe
If human beings were truly awake, they would know themselves and the Universe.
They would know everything that is, everything that has been, and everything that will be.
They would have profound self-knowledge and would be aware of their past lives.
They would be prepared to explore not only the world of physical science, but also the higher dimensions of Nature and the Cosmos.
They could clearly and precisely demonstrate that the mechanics of Nature would not exist without mechanics, and that the engineering of Nature would not exist without engineers.
Saying this is one thing, but having conscious awareness of it is something entirely different.
Intelligent Principles Behind Nature
When one awakens, one knows for oneself that behind every physical, chemical, and biological phenomenon, etc., there exist intelligent principles that materialistic science radically ignores.
The mechanics of the Universe are not possible without mechanics; it is not possible— I repeat— for order to exist in a molecule without an intelligent principle that places that order within it.
That notion of blind, unconscious cells, in the style of those of a Haeckel, arranging themselves, accommodating themselves, structuring themselves into organs in order to form them, is completely absurd.
But humanity walks blindly; it forgets the intelligent principles, does not know them and cannot know them, because purely sensual reason knows nothing about the Real, about that which is hidden behind all phenomena, about those guiding principles that are capable of organizing a molecule in mathematical and geometrical form.
The Essential Work
Awakening is necessary; it is necessary that each of the brothers become conscious of himself.
When someone becomes conscious of himself, he also becomes conscious of others and of the Universe in general.
Thus, dissolving the Ego is fundamental; dissolving the Ego is the foundation; dissolving the Ego is indispensable.
