The Organization of our Inner World

First of all, I must tell you that this talk is, shall we say, esoteric in nature. Obviously, it wouldn’t be of interest to anyone who isn’t already familiar with these kinds of ideas.

What worries us most in life? What is our greatest desire? We need to know where we come from, who we are, why we exist, and what the purpose of our existence is.

What would be the point of living without knowing who we are? What would be the point of simply existing? Life would eventually become routine and tedious.

The time has come, then, to explore ourselves in order to know ourselves, just as we truly are.

Many theories have been written and will continue to be written; much has been said and much will continue to be said, but people remain as always in ignorance: no one knows anything about themselves. We know great intellectuals, luminaries of knowledge, erudites, but, about themselves, they know nothing.

Much is opined, really, but little is truly known. We are here precisely to try to inquire, to search, to investigate. You are here to listen to me, and I am here to speak to you. Mutually united, through Creative Understanding, we must all, here, try to inquire, try to explore the marvelous enigma of ourselves.

Who are we? Why do we exist? Where were we before we were born? What awaits us beyond the grave? Mysteries!

What’s the point of filling our heads with thousands of theories if we really know nothing about ourselves?

People are born, grow up, reproduce, grow old, and die in complete ignorance. Theories? They exist, and they’re wonderful. Cults? Millions of them, so what?

All of us gathered here are going to try to inquire, to seek, to investigate. The time has come to learn something about ourselves; this is the moment.

What good would it do to cram thousands of theories into our heads if we know nothing about ourselves? What good would it do to read and reread books if we know nothing about ourselves? What others say is fine, but we don’t know for sure; what others claim may be very beautiful, but we know nothing about ourselves.

We are all gathered here precisely to try to find out, to inquire: Where do we come from and where are we going? Where were we before we were born? Where will we be when our flesh and blood body goes to the grave?

These are enigmas that no one has solved for us, not even the wisest sages of science; they are enigmas that we must clarify. The purpose, then, of our meeting here tonight is precisely to try, by mutual agreement, to inquire into something, to learn something about the enigma of our own lives.

First of all, gathered here, let’s try to explore ourselves: We have a body of flesh and blood, a body made up of organs. Each organ has its specific, clearly defined function. But there is also something more: we think, we feel, we desire, we have ideas, and Science tells us nothing about that.

Obviously, there is an individual psychology; each of us has our own. Unfortunately, most people don’t accept that they have one.

They readily accept that they have a body of flesh and blood because they see it, because they can touch it, but they do not accept a psychology because they do not see it, because they cannot feel it.

When someone accepts that they have a psychology, they actually begin to observe themselves.

As long as people do not observe themselves, any possibility of change remains impossible.

But when people begin to observe themselves, the possibilities for change become clear.

By observing ourselves, we discover that we have an inner life. Our thoughts are internal, invisible; no one can see them, yet they are real to us. Our ideas are invisible; no one can see them, but they exist. Our emotions are real even though no one sees them, even though they cannot be placed on a laboratory table for examination.

The power of the mind, as a force, has been proven. You’ve all heard the famous case of Uri Geller, the man who bends metal with his mental strength. It has been demonstrated that the mind possesses power. There are devices that can measure mental strength. Therefore, mental strength is proven.

The same could be said of emotions and feelings; obviously, each emotion has its own type of wave, each feeling…

When one examines the body, one discovers the living cell. Scientists can play with the mechanics of phenomena, but what do they know about the LIFE SOURCE? Nothing! Scientists can perform artificial inseminations, but they have never been able to create a sperm and an egg with a sufficient chance of producing a new creature.

Powerful spacecraft have been invented that have gone to the Moon, but it has not been possible to invent a seed of the most insignificant grass, of those that exist on the face of the Earth, capable of germinating.

And if we put on a laboratory table the chemical elements that make up a zoosperm and an ovum, scientists will be able to make the zoosperm and the ovum, but a new creature will not emerge from them.

Mr Alfonso Herrera, the great Mexican sage (honor and glory to us Mexicans), invented the ARTIFICIAL CELL, a marvelous cell.

Scientists are well aware that Don Alfonso is the author of the theory of PLASMOGENY. But the cell he invented, the one he created (identical in every way to a living cell), was a dead cell, a cell that was never truly alive.

On what basis do materialistic scientists, enemies of the Eternal, deny the Divine? On what grounds do they base their arguments if they are incapable of creating life? What is their point of reference?

Without a foundation, discussion is impossible. To claim that God does not exist and to be unable to create a sperm capable of producing a child is to make a baseless assertion, a baseless claim; it is simply to launch an empirical idea. To deny the eternal values of the spirit when one is unable to create life in a laboratory is, quite simply, to assert sophistry, absurd sophisms.

So far, the Materialist scientists, enemies of the Eternal, have not been able to create even a fly; they play with what is already made, they graft a plant using what is already made; they take a plant and graft another with it, but they do not make the plant.

They take seeds from one place and move them to another, but they do not make the seeds; they join two pieces of different organisms to create an amorphous thing and put a label on it, but they do not make those two pieces of different organisms, they do not create them, they have not given them life, and yet they dare to deny Divinity.

On what basis do they dare, if they have not yet been able to do what Divinity does? If they could create a sperm and an egg in a laboratory, place them in an artificial womb, and produce a child, they would obviously be speaking against Divinity on an unshakeable foundation of steel, but they have not done so and never will.

The truth is that the ANTICHRIST is active; the Antichrist is not, as many suppose, a creature who came from Asia, or Europe, or any other mysterious place in the world; no, the Antichrist is nothing other than FALSE SCIENCE, which performs deceptive “miracles and wonders,” and before which even the most powerful Kings of the Earth bow down.

Who wouldn’t kneel before the Antichrist? He builds supersonic planes, extraordinary ships, atomic submarines, bombs to destroy defenseless cities, and so on. What knee wouldn’t bow before him? But these are deceptive “miracles and wonders,” because they can never create life.

So, the time has come to explore ourselves in order to know ourselves. Obviously, within each of us there is a Self, within each of us lies the “me,” the “I.”

But what is this I? You have to see it, you have to touch it, you have to feel it to know what it is.

But where are we going to see it? Outside of ourselves? Absurd! We have to see the Self, the I within ourselves, here and now.

To Think Psychologically

When we knock on a door, they ask us:

– Who is it? We answer:

– I.

So, how will we know what the I is? We need to learn to THINK PSYCHOLOGICALLY.

When one learns to think psychologically, one opens the INNER MIND, and then truly knows, not because others say so or because of what so-and-so has written or failed to write, but through direct, vivid experience, the Truth, the Real, the Mysteries of Life and Death.

Within us there are Three Minds:

  • One is the SENSUAL MIND, the Mind that feeds on External Sensory Perceptions.
  • Then comes the MIDDLE MIND, which includes beliefs, religions, schools, sects, etc.
  • And beyond that, at the very core, lies the INNER MIND, which, unfortunately, is closed off.

Only with the Inner Mind can we truly see the Mysteries of Life and Death.

Unfortunately, people are trapped by the Sensual Mind, the Mind of the Five Senses, the Materialistic and Crude Mind. Obviously, the Materialistic Mind does not accept anything Spiritual; the Materialistic and Crude Mind is, exclusively, a Sensual Mind.

Jesus Christ said:

Beware of the yeast of the Sadducees and Pharisees. Matthew 16:6

What is the YEAST OF THE SADDUCEES? It is the Doctrine of the Materialists, the DOCTRINE OF THE SENSUAL MIND, the Doctrine of the Five Senses, a doctrine that denies the Divine, a doctrine that blasphemes against the Eternal; a doctrine that only believes in what they can see with their Five Senses, in what they can touch, in what they can feel.

What is the Intermediate or Middle Mind? It is, I repeat, that of the Pharisees; it is the doctrine of those who do not deny, who believe, but who are only concerned with believing, who do not work on themselves. These are the people who attend their religious services, their sects, their spiritual schools, but who unfortunately do not work on themselves, who do not try to discover themselves, who have no intimate concerns, who are content with believing and nothing more than believing. Therein lies the doctrine of the Pharisees. It belongs to the Intermediate Mind.

When one learns to think psychologically, one opens the Inner Mind, and then one can come to KNOW BY DIRECT EXPERIENCE the Mysteries of Life and Death, not because others tell us or because they stop telling us, but by oneself, by Direct Experience.

Since we are here in a cultured, select environment, among educated people, since we are naturally in this auditorium of the University of Medicine, we speak clearly about Transcendental Psychology.

I was saying, and it’s true, that people don’t accept anything of a spiritual nature because they are trapped by the Doctrine of the Five Senses, by the Doctrine of the Sadducees.

Others reject the esoteric or spiritual because they are trapped by the doctrine of the Pharisees. They are content with outdated beliefs, but they don’t work on themselves, they don’t try to discover themselves, they don’t want to know anything about their own existence.

Blessed are those who free themselves from those two yeasts: that of the Sadducees and that of the Pharisees; blessed are those who open, directly, the doors of the Inner Mind.

Only by thinking psychologically can we open those wonderful doors. When one begins to observe oneself, one actually begins to think psychologically; when one begins to make use of the Sense of Psychological Self-Observation, one begins to know oneself.

Love, what is love? Hate, what is hate? Envy, what is envy? It is worthwhile for us to try to know something about ourselves.

Selfishness, violence, envy, rancor, resentment, are nothing but manifestations of the Ego, of the I, of myself, of the self.

Obviously, we are all full of contradictions, and no one can deny that. This indicates that the self is not a unity, as many believe, but a multiplicity. That is to say, we don’t have just one self, but many selves: I am jealous, I am angry, I am greedy, I am envious, I am lustful; these are diverse selves; diverse I’s that struggle among themselves for supremacy; diverse selves that want to control the centers of the human organism. Thus, within each person there are many people, that is, many selves.

Each psychological self is different. Each psychological self has an INTELLECTUAL BRAIN, an EMOTIONAL BRAIN, and a MOTOR BRAIN.

Within our bodies there are struggles, there are battles… Who could imagine that within the human organism there is so much conflict? Who could admit that, truly, many people live within one person? And it’s true, they do!

When I was young, I spoke of the subconscious and its reflections; back then, I understood that the self had many reflections. Later, I understood that the self was pluralized, that many people lived within one person, and that these many people were not in harmony; there was no order among them: they fought and struggled for supremacy.

And when one of those egos managed to take hold in the organic machine, that was when it truly manifested itself in all its monstrosities, in all its aberrations. But later it was displaced by other egos.

Now we are beginning to understand why there are so many contradictions among us human beings…

If we could see ourselves in a full-length mirror as we truly are, we would be horrified by our own reflections. We have within us a legion of selves; not one self, but many selves.

We are, so to speak, puppets moved by multiple unknown entities. The thoughts that come to our minds are not our own; they are external, brought by some other ego. The emotions that stir our hearts are instilled by another ego. The habits we possess are determined by different egos. Aberrations and vices are the result of many egos expressing themselves through the human organism.

We lack self-awareness; our lives do not belong to us; we are not masters of our thoughts, our ideas, our words, or our emotions. We are mere machines driven by a vast multitude of selves. That is the state in which we find ourselves. But to arrive at these conclusions, one needs to observe oneself, to truly see.

It is in the realm of practical life that we can discover ourselves. Practical life is the psychological gymnasium where we must see ourselves in our entirety, just as we are.

It is enough to be in that State of ALERT PERCEPTION, of ALERT NOVELTY, to see ourselves in every instant, in every moment. Only with the State of Alertness can we truly discover ourselves.

The SENSE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SELF-OBSERVATION exists in human beings; it is latent, but can be awakened. This extraordinary sense begins to function when we use it; as we use it, it will unfold, develop, and manifest itself.

This sense of Psychological Self-Observation will allow us to see that each ego embodies a defect. As this sense of Psychological Self-Observation develops, it will allow us to see the egos.

It is one thing to see a Self and another thing to understand that one has a Self. When one sees that one has a self, one understands it, but one must see it, and these selves have multiple forms and shapes.

The stark reality is that our consciousness is bottled up, trapped, squeezed inside all those multiple selves, all that dark and abominable swarm we carry within. Our consciousness is asleep, locked in a dungeon, or in many dungeons, because each self is a dungeon, a horrible prison.

Our consciousness is processed by virtue of its own embottlement. Now you will understand why we know nothing about the Mysteries of Life and Death.

We are content to believe, we are content to repeat what others say, we are content to affirm or deny, we are content to argue, but we know nothing, nothing, nothing directly about ourselves.

It is necessary to FREE THE CONSCIOUSNESS, to take it out from among that multiplicity of the Selves, so that we can see, hear, touch and feel everything that concerns Reality, Truth.

When Consciousness is emancipated, Light shines within us, and Darkness disappears.

That is when we become enlightened, that is when we know who we are, where we come from, where we are going, what the purpose of our existence is, what we exist for and why.

But, as long as Consciousness remains enmeshed among that multiplicity of people we carry within us, we will know nothing about ourselves.

We will fill our heads with theories, we will repeat what others teach us, but, directly, we will have no proof of ourselves, we will have no direct knowledge about the Mysteries of Life and Death.

The Greeks said:

Nosce te Ipsum; Man, know thyself and you will know the Universe and the Gods.

Until we know ourselves, we will know neither the Universe nor the Gods; we will know nothing at all; our heads will be full of theories, and that’s all.

The day we truly know each other, directly, not through what others say or fail to say, but directly, not through what others write or fail to write, but directly, that day, truly, “we will know the Universe and the Gods,” as the Greeks said; that day we will truly know the Mysteries of Life and Death.

Man is contained within Nature and Nature within man; if we do not discover the Laws of Nature within ourselves, we will never discover them outside ourselves. If we do not discover the Mysteries of Life and Death within ourselves, we will never discover them outside ourselves.

The time has come for us to strive to know something about ourselves, to know something about what we carry inside, about that Self that screams, about that Self that clings to life.

Unfortunately, people are trapped within the rigidity of their own minds, clinging to the ego, the self. They have no real desire to know themselves, to learn about their psychological identity.

We are completely ignorant, but we don’t know that we are; to paraphrase Socrates I would say: “Not only do we not know, but we don’t even know that we don’t know”…

There are two kinds of ignorant people: those who have never read a book in their life, and the educated ignoramuses (which is another kind of ignorant person). It’s time to break free from ignorance and explore ourselves to gain self-knowledge.

When you find yourself caught up in a jealous situation (for example), what should you do? Observe yourself in action. Once home, meditate, reconstruct the scene to understand exactly what triggered your actions in that moment.

Then it is DISCOVERED that there was also anger, fueled by jealousy. We conclude that two selves intervened in the action: Jealousy and anger. Let jealousy be JUDGED, ANALYZED, DISSECTED, so that its emptiness may be seen…

A man who is jealous of a woman never knows who he can count on; a man who is not jealous comes to know for sure who he can count on.

Let’s recall that tale from “Arabian Nights”: It’s about a marvelous giant who adored a woman, loved her dearly, but was terribly jealous. He decided to keep her in a chest with seven locks. He would take her out at night to sleep with her, and nothing more.

She was cunning; she would let her lover, her husband, fall asleep, and she would lull him to sleep in her arms.

When the man, that giant, was already fast asleep, when he was already in the bliss of Morpheus, then, very quietly, that woman would rise and go to join her lovers. Each lover would give her a ring, and she would discreetly place that ring inside the box that sealed the colossus.

And so time passed, and when the giant awoke from his sleep he always found the beautiful woman in his arms; there she was. How could he doubt? Impossible.

But one day he discovered the deception when he saw those rings. Each one bore the name of one of her lovers. The giant realized how foolish he had been. He didn’t kill her; no, he chose to lose her forever.

So, when a woman wants to be faithful to a man, it’s clear that she is faithful, even if he’s not watching her; and when she doesn’t want to be faithful, she is unfaithful right under his nose and the man doesn’t even realize it; that’s the stark reality of the situation.

Therefore, there’s no reason to be jealous; it’s absurd. And when you dissect jealousy, you discover that it’s absurd. And if you then dissect anger, you discover that it’s a lack of mental balance, because in a state of anger, one is clouded and blind, and makes terrible mistakes.

Therefore, dissecting these two elements (jealousy and anger) is urgent.

Once one has dissected those two Selves, once one has understood the game of those two Selves, obviously, one must DISINTEGRATE them, reduce them to cosmic dust, turn them to ashes.

Unfortunately, the Mind, by itself, is incapable of fundamentally altering anything; the Mind can transfer a defect from one Department of the mind to another, label it with different names, hide it from itself or others, condemn it, justify it, but never disintegrate it. If one wishes to disintegrate a psychological defect, it becomes necessary to APPEAL TO A POWER THAT IS SUPERIOR TO THE MIND.

Fortunately, there exists in our psychological organism a higher Power, I want to refer emphatically to that Power that the Hindus called “DEVI KUNDALINI”.

Obviously, it is a wonderful Fire that is hidden in everything that is, in everything that has been, in everything that will be; it is a Fire that lies dormant in everything that has life; it is a Solar Fire, invisible as ideas are invisible, invisible as thoughts are invisible, invisible as desires are invisible, but real.

That Fire was symbolized by our ancestors of Anáhuac with the name TONANTZIN; that Fire was symbolized by the Egyptians with the name ISIS and by the Cretans with the name CYBELE; and by the Greeks with the name DIANA; and by the Christians with the name MARY. She is STELLA MARIS, that is, the Virgin of the Sea, a part of our own Being, but derived from it.

Our Being has many parts and Stella Maris is one of those intimate parts of the Being itself.

If one appeals to that part of the Self, if one beseech that part of the Self, then one is aided; and that part of the Self will be able to disintegrate, to pulverize those two Selves of our example, it will be able to reduce them to ashes, and the Consciousness, which was bottled up in each of them, is liberated. That Consciousness is Light, that Light is Consciousness; see then the intimate relationship that exists between LIGHT AND CONSCIOUSNESS.

Within us we carry profound darkness, but as those egos disintegrate, the light shines through the darkness. Light always triumphs over darkness; and when the darkness we carry within is destroyed, only light will remain; then we will be enlightened.

Then, AWAKENED and ENLIGHTENED, we will be able to see for ourselves the Mysteries of Life and Death; then, awake, we will be able to hear the Harmonies of the infinite Cosmos; then, awake, we will be able to penetrate the atom and the Cosmos, to know the Mysteries of the vile worm that crawls among the mud of the earth and the Mysteries of the Galaxy in which we live.

But there is a need to awaken. The Four Gospels insist on the need to awaken, yet we remain asleep. We don’t know we are asleep. If people knew their consciousness was asleep, they would begin to awaken.

The mentally ill in the asylum, when they begin to accept their madness, it’s a sign they’re starting to awaken; likewise, when they still refuse to accept their madness, it’s a sign they’re completely out of their minds. We too are asleep, but when we accept that we’re asleep, it’s a sign we want to awaken.

Therefore, AWAKENING IS WHAT IS IMPORTANT in order to know the Truth. The Truth is not a matter of theories, it is not a matter of what others say. Someone might express beautiful concepts about the Truth, but that is not the Truth; someone might have a beautiful idea about the Truth, but that is not the Truth; someone might offer a beautiful opinion about the Truth, but that is not the Truth. When Jesus Christ was asked, “What is Truth?” he remained silent; and when Gautama Buddha Shakyamuni was asked, “What is Truth?” he turned his back and withdrew. For Truth is not a matter of ideas or concepts; Truth must be seen, touched, and felt.

When you put a finger in the fire, you get burned; likewise, when you swallow too much water, you drown. Similarly, we can say: Truth must be experienced as when you burn or as when you… …and drown.

“We must know the Truth, and it will set us free,” but Truth isn’t what someone tells us or doesn’t tell us; we must experience it, feel it. It lies beyond the body, our emotions, and the mind. Only by knowing ourselves will we discover the Truth within ourselves; and what truly matters is discovering the Truth.

Today, I repeat, we are mere puppets moved by invisible strings, controlled by many people we carry within our psyche.

We do not have a true individuality: The I that today swears eternal love to a woman, is later displaced by another I that has nothing to do with that oath, then the Personality withdraws and the unhappy woman is disappointed; the Self that swears eternal love for a cause, later withdraws and then its companions are astonished.

We do not have a true sense of moral responsibility because we do not have a permanent center of gravity; we do not have an authentic individuality.

We are FULL OF terrible CONTRADICTIONS; and we know we are full of contradictions, we don’t ignore it, but we intentionally deceive ourselves, for the purpose of trying to… …for the purpose of saying… …we are not…

If we are sincere, we see that we are full of appalling contradictions: “I want to eat,” says the stomach; “no, I don’t want to eat now,” says the intellect, “I’m going to study a play.” “To hell with the play!” exclaims the movement, “I’d rather go for a walk”… Just look at all the contradictions!

Noone is the same for even half an hour. If I thought any of you were the same for half an hour, I would be taking advantage of myself and of you.

A person can be very sweet and kind today and tomorrow be full of anger; or not so far, not so tomorrow, they may be full of hatred within half an hour? We are not the same at all times.

We must accept the DOCTRINE OF THE MANY if we truly yearn for radical change, a fundamental change.

As long as we believe that the Self is an Individuality, that we have a permanent Self, and that all our defects are nothing but functionalities of that permanent Self, any possibility of change becomes absolutely impossible.

If I am standing on a table, or rather on a board (to clarify the example), and I want to lift that board and push it against a fence, the first thing I have to do is get off the board, lift it and put it against the fence; but if I am standing on the board and I don’t step out from it, obviously, I can’t do what I want to do either.

This is how it is with our psychological defects: if we believe they are functional aspects of a permanent Self, obviously, we will never be able to disintegrate them. But if we do not identify with our defects, if we accept that they are different selves, we can undoubtedly SEPARATE THEM FROM OUR PSYCHE, and disintegrate them, pulverize them, turn them to ashes.

Thus, this multiplicity of selves is a tremendous reality. To unbottle Consciousness is fundamental. But that couldn’t happen if we didn’t eliminate the bottles, which are the selves.

When one awakens, the Mysteries of Life and Death become clear; then is when one truly comes to know the origin of one’s own existence.

A man is what his life is. If a man doesn’t work on his own life, he’s wasting his time miserably.

Death is the return to the original starting point. When the time of death arrives, we also return to the beginning of life. This thing called Death is something wonderful…

No one can truly understand the Mysteries of Life without first understanding the Enigma of Death. Death itself is profoundly significant. Simply seeing the body of a loved one in a mortuary is not the same as understanding the Enigma of Death.

Death is full of profound meaning. Those who have awakened Consciousness know what Death is; they know very well that “Death is a subtraction of fractions. Once the mathematical operation is finished, the only things that remain are Values,” and within them, Consciousness is contained.

Thus, it is obvious that when Death comes, three things go to the pantheon:

  • First, the PHYSICAL BODY;
  • Second, the VITAL SEAT or Organic Nexus Formativeus (which in these current times has already been able to be photographed);
  • Third, FORMER PERSONALITY.

Regarding this, I will say the following: No one is born with a personality; it must be created. It is created during the first seven years of childhood, through the example of adults, through friendships, school… and it is strengthened with time and experience.

It is energetic, not physical; the fanatics of the Sadducean Doctrine would never accept it.

This Personality, at the time of death, goes to the tomb; it enters and leaves the burial pit, rejoices when someone visits it, then goes back into its coffin.

It has reality, it slowly disintegrates, until it ends, until it becomes dust and ashes; it belongs to the Fifth Coordinate.

The Vital Body, or Organic Seat of our life, belongs to the Fourth Coordinate, and the physical body belongs to the Three-Dimensional World.

All of that goes to the grave. But there is something that does not go to the grave; I am referring to the Ego, the Self, the I, the me itself; I am referring to that collection of Selves, those Positive and Negative Values, which are submerged in the Fifth Coordinate. There they rest within the bosom of Eternity.

But there is also another Law, the Law of Eternal Return of all things: Everything returns to its original starting point. Worlds revolving around Suns always return to their original starting point, atoms within molecules return to their original starting point, everything returns; everything returns! Why shouldn’t these Values return? Why couldn’t these Selves return? They do return, and so it is written!

But only the awakened know this; the awakened can demonstrate it, the asleep people cannot. They return, they come back, they are reborn in a new organism; thus we are reborn, thus we return to this world.

There is another law called the “LAW OF RECURRENCE”: Everything repeats itself exactly as it happened, plus its consequences. The Self projects its own life onto the screen of existence; the Ego relives all the incidents of its past life. In other words, when we die, we take our life with us, like someone taking a film (life is a film). And we bring our life back to this physical world and project it onto the screen of existence.

So, if we don’t change our own lives, we will keep repeating them endlessly, and that is regrettable.

For each Soul there are 108 Existences; and if in 108 Existences we are not capable of making our life a MASTERPIECE, if in 108 Existences we are not capable of disintegrating all that plurality of the Ego, then we must involute within the bowels of the Earth, involute incessantly until the Self becomes ashes, cosmic dust.

The Essence within can never die, for it is eternal. But the plurality of the Self will have to regress within the depths of the world; NATURE WILL HAVE TO DISINTEGRATE THE EGO; Nature will have to do for us what we have not been able to do for ourselves; Nature will have to liberate the Essence so that it may emerge into the sunlight, so that it may EVOLVE once more from stone to humankind. And when it reconquers the Human State it once lost, it is assigned another new Cycle of Existence.

So, the stark reality is that we need to die in ourselves, here and now. As long as all those elements that produce anger, all those elements that produce wars, all those elements… continue to exist within us…
