Well, my dear brothers, we have been studying different related aspects about the Mind, and I believe that we must continue to delve into the practical, let’s say, interesting facts that consist of the elimination of psychic aggregates, which is indeed quite difficult, however, it is not all; there is something else that we need to watch out for: I want to refer emphatically to the REPRESENTATIONS OF THE MIND.
For the world of the senses there are physical representations, such as the objects that surround us, living creatures, etc., but there are also Representations of the Mind.
In the mind there are many representations that we must take into account. Let’s suppose we have in mind the representation of a friend whom we esteem; someone very important speaks against that friend; all kinds of murmurings, slander, etc., are raised against him; we “LISTEN” to all that gossip, then the image we have of our friend, the representation, is in fact altered.
We no longer see in him the kind subject we once saw (full of harmony, etc.), but this image assumes, in our understanding, the figure that others have given him: possibly that of the bandit, the thief, the false friend, etc., etc.
At night, we may dream of our friend. We will no longer dream of harmony; we will see him attacking us, we will see us attacking him; we dream that we kill him, we dream that he takes up arms against us, etc. In other words, the image of the friend is completely altered, a representation that has been distorted.
It may be the case that those who spoke against our friend judged him wrongly, slandered him consciously or unconsciously, etc., but the Representation of the mind remains altered, and that is extremely serious, because that Representation becomes in fact, a demon that comes to hinder our esoteric progress. A demon that crosses our path is an obstacle to our profound inner development. Therein lies the grave error: “giving credence” to gossip, slander, murmuring, hearsay, etc.
Obviously, within our mind there are thousands of representations that can be altered if we take part in negative conversations, if we “give an ear” to slander, if we listen to “rumors,” etc.
For all these reasons and others, it is never advisable to “listen” to people’s negative words (that is serious, and ultimately a mistake).
Therefore, it is not only the psychic aggregates (the living representation of our psychological defects) that constitute a burden we carry within us. We must never forget the matter of the Representations of the Understanding.
Path Walkers, by “listening” to negative conversations, by being in groups where only negative phrases are heard, tend to distort not one, but many Representations of Understanding, and these in the World of the Mind, become true demons that form an obstacle, or a series of insurmountable obstacles to the awakening of Consciousness.
This helps us understand the case of many Gnostic brothers and sisters, who at night often have countless negative dreams: sometimes they dream that they kill another person, or that they are killed, etc.
The most serious thing is to harbor such enemies within oneself, in one’s own mind. Obviously, the best way to avoid negative representations is to appeal to the serpentine, annulment power that develops in the body of the Gnostic ascetic; one must invoke Devi Kundalini Shakti to eliminate such negative representations… Undoubtedly, we should not have such negative or positive representations in the mind. The Mind should cultivate certain serene attitudes and place them at the service of the Being. To achieve this, the human Personality would need to become passive…
A passive personality is a receptive personality, it receives messages from the higher parts of the Being. Undoubtedly, such messages pass through the Higher Centers of the Self before entering the Mind. (Therein lies the advantage of having a passive personality.)
But it would also not be possible to have a passive personality when, unfortunately, it is controlled by very heavy elements or very difficult aggregates, related to the WORLD OF 96 LAWS, that is, the Tartarus Region.
People’s personalities are active because they are controlled by aggregates of hatred, pride, envy, abominable jealousy, frightful lust, selfishness (which wants everything for itself and nothing for others); and conceit before our fellow human beings (without foundation, because in reality, we are nothing but miserable worms in the mud of the earth).
If we manage to eliminate those heavy psychological elements from our psyche, our human personality becomes passive and the mind becomes receptive to the messages that descend from the highest parts of the being, through the higher centers of our psyche.
Now you are beginning to understand, my dear friends, the need to eliminate those elements I have mentioned, which are inherently burdensome.
With Devi Kundalini Shakti, that is, the Fiery Serpent of our magical powers, we can indeed eliminate those “heavy elements.” It is triumph! Because in this way we would receive the direct message that comes from the highest parts of the Self.
For all these reasons, I tell you that you must work on yourselves in order to create a whole, receptive, unified mind; a mind that does not project, but always receives instead of projecting. Obviously, it would not have the bad taste to accept representations of a positive or negative type in the different depths of understanding; such a mind, and only such a mind, would bring the messages that come from the highest part of our being.
As long as we continue to feed the various Representations of Understanding, it is obvious that the Mind will never be serene; it will be a PROJECTING MIND, and a projecting Mind, in reality, is conditioned by time and pain.
So, analyzing this in depth, we will see that not only must we eliminate undesirable psychic aggregates, but we have a very difficult problem with the issue of Representations. The problem I see as difficult for Inner Illumination is that we carry so many Representations inside, in addition to the inhuman psychic aggregates.
If we carefully study the life of our dreams, we will find in them so many vague and incoherent things, various subjective aspects, and so many absurd things—people and events that have no reality and that, in themselves, become incoherent. For this reason, they should invite us to reflection.
As a Gnostic, one wants to have conceptual clarity, lucid ideas, Radical Illumination, without inconsistencies, without vagueness, without subjectivism of any kind.
But unfortunately, the Representations that we carry within us and the various aggregates condition Consciousness, in such a way that they keep it within the unpleasant track of the SUBCONSCIOUSNESS and even the INFRACONSCIOUSNESS and UNCONSCIOUSNESS.
I invite you to reflect, I invite you to comprehend these essential things…
In the Eastern world, things are often very concise. For example, Zen-Chan Buddhism simply states that “one must reach the STILLNESS OF THE MIND, the SILENCE OF THE MIND, with the purpose of achieving, one day, the irruption of the Illuminating Emptiness.”
We are told that “in Satori there is true happiness.” The goal in meditation halls is to achieve stillness of mind (inside, outwardly, and at the center); we are told that “the mind must be like a wall: absolutely still.”
Well, I realize that in Japanese meditation halls it’s very difficult to achieve SATORI, but it only lasts a few minutes, or at best an hour or more, after which the mind is as agitated as ever…
One emerges from that state of bliss to present oneself to the Guru (blissful, intoxicated by Samadhi); of course, the Guru intervenes to give him a few slaps, to bring him out of that state, to get him to balance. “Otherwise,” it is said in pure Zen, “ one would fall into the DISEASE OF SATORI .”
Of course, it is a state, let’s say, of mystical exaltation, and in it he would be at all hours of the day and night, and he would forget that he exists, he would lose his balance in relation to the things of existence, but, surely, with a few well-given “slaps,” you can take him out of that state and bring him back into balance.

Well, this has an interesting aspect, but I repeat: when returning to practical life, people are once again in that incessant “BATTLE OF ANTITHESES”, in that terrible struggle of opposites, characteristic of the dualism of understanding.
There is no peace in such a mind. In a mind that is not whole, not a complete whole, there can be no peace. In a mind that is not strictly receptive and not projective, there can be neither peace nor continuous enlightenment.
If we want something more, something more than what can be achieved in a Zen or Chan meditation room, if we want an awakening of the Mind, of the Mental Center, if we want a receptive Mind for the INTUITS that come from up there, from the Heaven of Urania, an Enlightened Mind… Would this be possible if we allowed psychic aggregates to continue existing in our psyche? Would this be possible if we listened to gossip, altering the representations we carry in our understanding? Would this be possible (I ask myself, and I share this with you as I think aloud) if we continued to give refuge to negative or positive representations?
In “The Voice of the Silence,” Blavatsky has a phrase that I really liked:
Before the Golden Flame can burn with serene light, the lamp must be well cared for, sheltered from all winds; earthly thoughts must fall dead at the door of the Temple.
That phrase from Blavatsky in her marvelous work entitled “The Voice of the Silence” is wondrous, it is marvelous. Only in this way, I say, would it be possible for the Mind to truly remain still and silent (inside, outside, and at its center), not for a while or within a meditation hall, but continuously…
What is a MASTER OF SAMADHI? It is someone who enjoys Continuous Awareness, someone who has achieved Stillness and Silence of Mind in a constant way… As one studies the different folds of the Mind, one also understands that stillness and total silence of the understanding are not possible as long as the Mind is occupied by psychic aggregates and Representations.
One might object by saying that there are praiseworthy, clear, magnificent representations, all of that is acceptable, but that is not what is important in us, WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS THE BEING…
I don’t see why we have to have things inside our minds that are not of the Being. I don’t see why we have to carry intruders in our minds. I have understood that in the Mind, only the Being should be, that the Mind should become a Temple where the Being officiates and nothing but the Being, that is all.
But, as long as that Temple is full of strange elements, things, furniture, animal displays, Representations, additions, it can be said that there is a deep sleep in the Consciousness.
On Dreams
If there is unconsciousness, there must be vague, morbid, fatuous, foolish, incoherent, imprecise dreams, etc.
“A man is known by his dreams,” Plato said in his book. I have studied Plato’s work in two volumes and I find it marvelous…
The life of dreams is truly important, because each person’s dreams reveal who they are…
Happy is the day when we stop dreaming, then the “cockroaches” we carry in our brains turn to dust, all those absurd incoherencies cease to exist, all those amorphous, vague, imprecise, insipid, insubstantial, odorless states have no existence whatsoever; happy is the day when we no longer dream, when we stop dreaming; when a man stops dreaming, he has triumphed!
As long as dreams exist in the mind, as long as one goes to the psychological space to project imprecise and absurd dreams, this indicates that we are doing very badly, this indicates that we have a mind full of a lot of garbage, a lot of “junk,” as I told you in the last talk.
The Truly Enlightened One has no dreams (dreams are for the asleep); the Truly Enlightened One lives in the Higher Worlds, outside the physical body, in a state of heightened wakefulness, never dreaming; the Truly Enlightened One, after the death of the physical body, is awake in Psychological Space. Therefore, reflect on the need to attain Stillness and Silence of Mind.
The Three Foods
What will we say tonight about the Three Foods?
I already explained last time how one nourishes oneself with the First Food (the food of the physical body; I don’t intend to add anything about that today); we also talked about the Second Food, which is breathing, more important than that which goes to the stomach. But there is a Third Food that I mentioned to you, which is that of IMPRESSIONS…
No one can live without Impressions for even a minute. You are listening to me here, I am speaking, and your minds are already receiving what? A series of impressions; you see a figure dressed in a “sacred garment of the Order of the Knights of the Holy Grail,” etc. All of this comes through impressions or by means of impressions; all of this is impressions for you. Unfortunately, human beings, as you know, don’t always choose their impressions wisely.
What would you say, for example, now that we’re here in this room, if we opened the door to let some thieves in? I ask those of you who are joining us in this conversation: Would you think it was right for the Guardian to open the door, for example, to vandals? Obviously, the Guardian would be committing an absurd act, and everyone would condemn him for it…
However, we don’t do the same with Impressions: we open the doors to all the Negative Impressions in the world. These penetrate our psyche and wreak havoc within, transforming into psychic aggregates and developing the Negative Emotional Center in us. And in conclusion, they fill us with mud, but we open the doors for them…
Is that right? Is it right for someone who comes to us, for example, filled with negative impressions (emanating from the negative emotional center), to be welcomed? For us to open the doors to all of that person’s negative impressions? It seems we don’t know how to select our impressions. That’s serious! We have to learn to open and close the doors of our psyche to impressions: open the doors to noble, pure impressions; close them to negative and absurd ones. Yes, negative impressions cause harm; they develop the negative emotional center within us; they damage us.
Why should we open the doors to negative impressions? Look at what one does when in a group, in a crowd: I assure you that none of you, for example, right now, would dare to go out into the street and throw stones at anyone, right? However, in a group, who knows?
Someone might enter a large public demonstration already fired up by the enthusiasm, and if the crowds throw stones, he too ends up throwing stones, even if afterwards he says to himself: “Why did I throw them? Why did I do that?”
I remember one of those demonstrations, a few years ago, when school teachers rose up in many strikes, protests, and demonstrations.
So here we saw some unusual things, right here in Mexico City, about ten or fifteen years ago… What did we see? Very decent, very cultured, very dignified teachers, who, in large groups, grabbed stones and threw them forcefully at windows, at people, at anyone they could. Those school teachers would never have done that alone, but they did in groups.
In groups, people behave very differently, doing things they would never do alone. Why is that? Because of negative impressions: they open themselves up to negative impressions, which then put them in a bad mood and lead them to do things they would never do on their own. That’s why it’s necessary for us to learn to be careful with impressions.
When one opens the doors to Negative Impressions, one not only alters the order of the Emotional Center (which is in the heart), but also turns it negative.
If one opens one’s doors, for example, to the Negative Emotion of a person who comes full of anger because someone caused them harm, then one ends up allied with that person against the one who caused the harm; and one ends up full of anger and without having any part in the matter either.
Let’s suppose you open the doors to the Negative Impressions of a drunk you meet at a party and end up accepting a drink from the drunk, and then two, and three, ten… Conclusion: Drunk too!
Let’s suppose one opens the doors to Negative Impressions, for example, to a person of the opposite sex; one ends up also committing all kinds of crimes…
Let’s say we open the door to the negative impressions of a drug addict, and we end up smoking marijuana ourselves (seed and all, he takes a puff). Conclusion: Failure! This is how human beings infect each other in negative environments: drunks infect drunks, thieves turn other thieves, murderers infect other murderers, drug addicts infect each other…
In short, drug addicts are multiplying, murderers are multiplying, thieves are multiplying, loan sharks are multiplying… Why? Because we always make the mistake of opening the doors to Negative Emotions, and that’s not right.
LET’S CHOOSE OUR EMOTIONS! If someone brings us positive emotions of light and harmony, beauty, wisdom, love, poetry, and perfection, let’s open the doors of our hearts to them; but if someone brings us negative emotions of hatred, violence, jealousy, drugs, alcohol, fornication, and adultery, we don’t have to open the doors of our hearts to them.
Let’s close the door on negative impressions! When one reflects on all this, one can certainly change, make one’s life better…
Why do we alter the Representations?
We have the image of a great friend who has always been good to us (kind, charitable, wonderful); suddenly, someone, agitated and full of negative impressions, comes to speak against our friend. We open the door to those negative impressions: they are gossiping, saying that our friend is a thief, a bandit, a bank robber, fifty thousand other things. But the image we have in our mind is altered by these negative impressions.
Within our mind, such an altered representation becomes a veritable demon that hinders self-work. For all these reasons, and many others, you will see that cleansing the Temple of the Mind is quite difficult, but not impossible.
We need to have a clear mind, a clean temple, free from filth, from abominations of any kind. But we must know how to live, it is necessary to know how to live…
In practical life, unfortunately, people don’t know how to live; everyone blames others for their suffering and bitterness, but the only one truly to blame is ourselves.
Let’s consider the case where someone steals money from us: Suppose one of you has, for example, 50,000 pesos stored in a piece of furniture or a box in your house, and a family member steals those 50,000 pesos. Of course, you would suffer terribly, wouldn’t you?
50,000 pesos… Losing them like that isn’t pleasant; it would cause us a lot of pain. They would cry, go to the police, file a lawsuit even if it was a family member… Maybe they wouldn’t proceed like that because it’s a family member, but they would still carry the suffering inside.
But why suffer like this over 50,000 pesos? Oh, it was so hard to earn! That’s why they suffer… If they didn’t have that attachment to things, including money, they’d lose those 50,000 pesos and be laughing, they wouldn’t suffer…
Let’s suppose a man suddenly finds his wife with another man (a serious matter, especially if he finds her, say, in the act of adultery). Undoubtedly, overwhelmed with grief, he might pull out a gun and shoot her. But why would he do that? He would justify himself to the authorities: “No, I found her in the very act of adultery, and of course, I was right…”
That’s madness, complete madness! Because if that man doesn’t have the ego of jealousy within him, if that man doesn’t have the ego of attachments or jealousy, there’s no one to suffer. He simply turns his back and withdraws, he leaves: “That’s her business, everyone is who they are”… He feels free from that realm because she replaced him, removed him. If he has no jealousy, there is no pain.
Suppose someone insults us, wounding our pride. We suffer terribly and respond to the insult with insult, but if no one is hurting inside, who will respond?
Let’s suppose the insult contains words meant to wound his pride, but if the I of self-esteem doesn’t exist, who suffers? Let’s suppose the words were intended to slander him, that is, “that we are thieves.”
Let’s suppose that we don’t really have it… First of all, we’re not thieves, and secondly, well, we don’t have that I that loves itself so much, the self-love, who would suffer?
Often, someone suffers because they see a friend with a beautiful house and a lovely wife, while they themselves are penniless. That’s called envy, right? But if they didn’t have the “I” of envy, why would they suffer? On the contrary, they would be happy to see their friend doing well.
So others can’t cause us pain; we cause pain to ourselves. That’s the stark reality.
When the ego is disintegrated, pain ends. The root of pain lies in the ego, and when the ego ends, only the beauty of the being remains within us; this beauty transforms into what is called “love” and “happiness.”
Then, upon reaching those heights, the Mind is still, silent; it is no longer a Mind that projects, no longer a Mind that takes offense, no longer reacts to anything; it receives the messages that come from the higher parts of the Being. It is a Mind full of wholeness.
I repeat: Not only must psychic aggregates be eliminated, of course, but the representations of the mind, both positive and negative, must also be eliminated.
We need to cleanse the Temple of the Mind of all this clutter; we need the lamp to burn within the Temple of the Mind, we need the Golden Flame to burn with serene light within the Temple’s realm. When the Mind is still, when the Mind is silent, the new arises…
To say that “this path is very beautiful and all, but… What do we do about our worries? What do we do about the suffering that others cause us?… That it is impossible to achieve a still, silent mind when we live in a world full of problems and difficulties”…
It’s absurd! Because by disintegrating the inhuman aggregates that we carry within us, problems and difficulties end.
So what we need, right now, is to GET RID OF MENTAL LAZINESS, and work very hard on ourselves.
That’s all for now. If any of the brothers have any questions on this topic, they are welcome to ask.
Q & A
– Student. Master., what about the STILLNESS OF THE MIND and the QUIET MIND?
– Master. Well, naturally we must distinguish between a mind that is still and a quieted mind; between a mind that is silent and a mind that is silenced.
In the name of truth, we must emphatically state that true QUIETNESS and SILENCE OF THE MIND COME WHEN THE EGO AND THE REPRESENTATIONS of Understanding HAVE DIED.
Then comes absolute stillness and the silence of the Mind; the Mind becomes receptive, surrendered to the Being, and only the Being can act. Any further questions?
– Student. Master, what is the most practical way to open, accept, or reject impressions?
– Master. The most practical thing is to have COMMON SENSE, which although many say “is the most common of the senses”, I would say that it is the least common of the senses.
Of course, if a thief comes here and the Guardian opens the door for him to enter, then he is committing an absurd act; but if a brother comes and knocks three times (in a rhythmic and measured way) on that door, then the Guardian will gladly open the door for him.
Also, if “John Doe” comes along and brings some Negative Emotions, he’s excited because he’s found someone of the opposite sex (for his lust, for his fornication), and he starts talking about pornography, and I happily open the doors for him, I’m opening my doors to a Negative Emotion.
If a drug addict comes up to me smoking marijuana, and tells me that “it’s really good… …that through marijuana he has had such and such perceptions, that he has even received messages from beyond, from I don’t know what ,” and excitedly tells me to “give me a hit,” and I say “I’ll give myself a hit,” I’m such an idiot, aren’t I? I’ve opened my doors to a Negative Emotion.
So that’s clear; there’s no need to complicate things… Any other questions?
– Student. Does this mean, Venerable Master, that one makes a mistake when speaking of a second person, whether well or badly, knowing that the interlocutors, in reality, do not transform these impressions?
– Master. Well, yes; one doesn’t have to concern oneself with other people, neither for good nor for bad. Everyone is who they are. So it’s best to RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE’S LIVES and not open the door to Negative Emotions; that’s absurd. Do you have any other questions?
– Student. Master instead of Positive or Negative Representations, what should we have within ourselves to act?
– Master. FOR NOW, LET’S GET TO WORK! There’s no other way: let’s get to work! Dedicate yourself now to working on yourself. The day you have eliminated the psychic aggregates and the day you have eliminated the Representations of your Mind, that day, then, things will change; that day a lightbulb will go off here, that day you will receive the sparks that come from the higher parts of your own Being, you will be a different individual. Now, let’s get to work! Do you have another question?
– Student. Venerable Master, when one is at work, let’s say, and manages to have certain perceptions (without identifying with them), is it a product of the development of Self-Observation?
– Master. The sense of PSYCHOLOGICAL SELF-OBSERVATION develops as one uses it. Obviously, it needs to be used, because “an organ that is not used atrophies.”
As one carefully observes oneself, that wonderful sense of psychological self-observation comes into play, but one must be, so to speak, in constant “mystical vigilance”: observing one’s own errors. Being on the hunt for one’s psychological defects.
Thus, as one observes oneself, the sense of psychological self-observation develops… Now then, brothers, do you have any other questions?…
– Student. Should we definitely, intensely, practice to awaken faculties while remaining in this state without “dying”?
– Master. The most important thing is the psychological self-exploration of oneself in order to discover oneself.
In every SELF-DISCOVERY there is also SELF-REVELATION.
When one admits to having a particular, individual psychology, one begins to self-observe one’s own errors; when one discovers an error, one must then try to comprehend it deeply, on all levels of the mind.
Once the error has been comprehended, one can then have the luxury of reducing it to cosmic dust with the help of the FIERY SERPENT of our magical powers (I am emphatically referring to Devi Kundalini Shakti, which develops and unfolds in the spinal column of the Gnostic ascetic).
Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Any other questions? Everyone is welcome to ask. I don’t want anyone to leave here with unanswered questions.
– Student. Could a mental representation be the origin of a psychic aggregate?
– Master “Let’s not confuse gymnastics with magnesium.” Mental representations are one thing, and psychic aggregates are another. Mental representations exist from instant to instant, from moment to moment.
You yourself, at this moment, are here, full of Mental Representations, but those Representations of the Mind can be altered, become perverse demons, but they are not (those Representations), the aggregates. Distinguish between aggregates and Representations and between Representations and aggregates.
No representation could give rise to a new aggregate. Representations are of one kind, and aggregates are of another…
– Student. Venerable Master, so that demon that results from representation, is the method for eliminating it the same as that used to eliminate the Egos?
– Master. Obviously, that’s right! If one appeals to the FIERY SERPENT of our magical powers to eliminate certain Representations, we can receive its help, and those Representations will be reduced to cosmic dust.
The mind must be clear, clean; it must be a solitary and luminous temple, where only the flame of Prajna, that is, the flame of the Being burns. Any further questions?
– Student. Master. so are Representations a product of the Egos? Are they originated by them?
– Master.. What did you say?
– Student. Can representation give rise to an I?
– Master. No, sir! I already said that “we mustn’t confuse apples and oranges,” that Representations are one thing and Egos are another. Just as objects are fundamental in the World of the Senses (because objects are truly located within the World of the Senses), so too, within the World of the Mind, Representations exist.
The Temple of the Mind is usually invaded by numerous positive or negative representations. We advocate eliminating such representations so that within the Temple of the Mind, there exists only the Being and nothing but the Being.
For this, one must have a still and silent mind, and the mind can only be still and silent when we eliminate the ego. But as we eliminate the ego, the mind will become increasingly still and silent, until finally, total stillness and silence are achieved.
– Student. Master, please excuse me: So what happens to the Representations that come to us when we are trying to meditate, even if they are of very sacred figures to us?
– Master. When one is in meditation, many Representations usually come to the Mind, but if the matter is analyzed, it is discovered that such Representations are embedded within the Mind, that they have always been there.
What is needed is to FREE OURSELVES (in a certain sense) FROM THE MIND. The Mind must be cleansed so that, instead of its own representations, the messages that come from the Inner Self, through the Higher Centers of Being, reach us.
Messages from the being are one thing, and vain mental forms that come to the Mind—Representations—are another. Distinguish between the Being and its messages, and the mere forms of the Mind, or Representations, that reach the Mind.
Representations are one thing, and messages are another. Messages come, I repeat, through the Higher Centers of Being and reach the Higher Mind, the Inner Mind, but they have a new flavor; they are not of time, they are beyond time (we have to open ourselves to the new). Representations, on the other hand, never have a new flavor because representations are of time…
– Student. Venerable Master, when a Representation appears within the realm of dreams, but the person does not identify with it but rather studies it, how could this be explained? What result is obtained?
– Master. Well, it simply happens, it has a representation, during the dream state.
They are usually subjective, incoherent, vague, and imprecise representations…
If a person does not identify with or become invigorated by such Representations, and merely studies them, that is all: BY STUDYING THEM, THEY UNDERSTAND THEM and know what kind of Representations they are (they are usually related to many past errors). But, it is necessary to clearly distinguish between Representations and aggregates.
One can have in the mind representations of all one’s lustful friends; those are representations that sooner or later must be eliminated; aggregates are something else: aggregates personify our psychological defects… Let’s see, brother.
– Student. Can Representations be formed by the different concepts that populate our Inner World? …
– Master. Well, no. I say that Representations are simply mental constructs: the Representation of a stone, the Representation of a man, or the Representation of an animal (they’re worthless, they serve no purpose). We must always keep our minds free; the Temple of the Mind must be clean, pure, that’s all…
– Student. Venerable Master, speaking of Positive Representations or Positive and Negative Impressions, can the same work that you taught us in relation to the “DIGESTION” of Impressions be done in relation to Representations?
– Master. Well, it is good to try to comprehend a Representation before eliminating it, in a similar way to what is done with psychic aggregates.
When one understands that a representation is nothing more than a form of the Mind, then it must be eliminated, but one has to understand it in order to then eliminate it, and one eliminates it with the power of the Fiery Serpent of our magical powers.
– Student. Master, when there is digestion of Impressions, can there not be Representations?
– Master. One can digest certain impressions, but one cannot prevent the representations stored in the mind from existing; one must strive to understand them in order to then eliminate them… Any further questions?
– Student…
– Master. Of course, it is obvious that a clean, pure Mind can perceive, let’s say, the ARCHETYPES OF NATURE: the … spiritual Archetypes, let’s say, of a mountain or a valley, of a hill, or of the ocean, or of a flower, but these Archetypes that flood the Mind are no longer mere Representations; they have not been extracted from the world of the Senses. The Representations, in the sense I am telling you, come directly from … the world of the Spirit, from someone who has entered very fully into the temple of the Mind.
Well, my dear brothers, I think that’s enough for tonight… Over there I see a lady who wants to ask a question.
– Student.…
– Master. AS LONG AS THE EGO PERSISTS, ONE IS NOT SUITABLE for investigations in Psychological Space. No one could know the Internal Worlds of planet Earth without first knowing their own Internal Worlds; no one could know the Internal Worlds of the Solar System without first knowing their own Internal Worlds; no one could know the Internal Worlds of the Galaxy in which we live without first knowing their own particular, individual Internal Worlds.
One cannot be suitable FOR “PSYCHOLOGICAL RESEARCH” within the Psychological Space in which we live, as long as the Ego has not been disintegrated and the Representations that emanate from the Mystical-sensory World have not been eliminated.
– Student. Master, now that we’re on the topic of the Astral World, someone mentioned consciously projecting oneself in the Astral Body… The question is this: If one has only 3% Consciousness, with that 3% one can project to the Astral World, but that doesn’t mean one has projected fully conscious to the Astral World with only 3%? Am I mistaken?
– Master. I have clearly stated that with only 3% awakened consciousness, no one can become a “competent investigator” of what happens in the Psychological Space. People need, above all, to INCREASE their percentage of CONSCIOUSNESS in order to become TRUE, SUITABLE INVESTIGATORS of the Psychological Space.
Therefore, we need to be psychologically self-exploring on a daily basis to discover our errors and reduce them to cosmic dust; only in this way is it truly possible to achieve self-awakening. We need to set aside so many theories, so much vagueness, so many inconsistencies that serve no purpose, and become awakened individuals…
– Student. Master. is this authorized for Central and South America, the fact of being the Third Chamber, and giving the ANOINTING?
– Master. Well, those in Central and South America should first come to Mexico to receive the teachings of the Third Chamber (so they know how the Third Chambers work), because there are many people there (especially in South America) who have never been in a Third Chamber, and so what they do, they do incorrectly. As some missionaries arrive, we can gradually update them…
– Student. So, Master, since we already have cassettes with your Third Chambers and we plan to study them very, very thoroughly, with well-informed Missionaries (like those of the SSS), then, that’s why I’m asking you, in case later on, we ourselves, being authorized to give those Third Chambers, can we give the ANOINTING?
– Master. As long as there are suitable individuals capable of teaching the Third Chambers, I have no objection. But they must be SUITABLE BROTHERS. The teaching given in the Third Chamber is a teaching of a Higher Order… The Third Chamber textbooks are the “Christmas Messages” of each year, and the teachings are also given on the magnetic tapes…
